1 green pepper
1 can tomato sauce (140cal)
6T sugar free ketchup (60cal)
1 T vinegar
1 1/2 t. Worcestershire Sauce (10cal)
Mustard to taste
Garlic powder to taste
S&P to taste
Cook till thick.
Serve on low carb bread.
